Ardent Health Services in Amarillo, TX is seeking a day shift, full-time LVN for Medical Surgical Renal 6A at BSA Hospital. This role provides care under supervision to support patient health and recovery.

You will assist the Registered Nurse and physician in determining health status and needs, coordinating with patients and families, and contributing to a collaborative care plan.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited LVN program.
• Valid LVN license in the state of Texas.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Assist Registered Nurse and physician in determining the health status and health needs of patients based oninterpretation of health-related data and preventative health practices, in collaboration with patients, theirfamilies, and other members of immediate healthcare team.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited LVN program
• Valid LVN license in the state of Texas
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• IV certification
