Qualifications

• Current California LVN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Serve as Charge Nurse during NOC shift and oversee CNAs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents for changes and report to RN/physician.
• Document care in EMR accurately and timely.
• Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and facility policies are followed.
• Respond to emergencies per protocols and participate in handoffs.
• Engage in training and care planning during shifts.
