The LVN Charge Nurse provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the daily activities of nursing assistants. This role ensures quality care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and facility regulations while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
This position requires standing, walking, lifting, and assisting residents throughout the shift. The ability to lift or move at least 25 pounds may be required.
