Hanford Post Acute in Hanford, CA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct patient care and lead the nursing team. You will supervise CNAs, administer medications, document care, and participate in admissions and care planning to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality care and leadership in our skilled nursing facility.About the Role:As an LVN at Hanford Post Acute, you will work collaboratively with our care team to deliver compassionate, personalized nursing care to residents.
