Job summary

Hanford Post Acute in Hanford, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time, to provide routine nursing care and support under the care plan.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, eating, measurements of vital signs, and mobility; you’ll help residents stay comfortable, safe, and dignified, while documenting accurately.

Qualifications

• California CNA certification required.
• Good reading, writing and English communication skills.
• Basic math, documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan.
• Measure and record vital signs (TPRs), weight, and intake.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and transporting residents.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly resident rooms.
• Document accurately and timely; support meals and after‑care.
