This position ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and guidelines governing skilled nursing facilities, and works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to ensure the highest level of quality resident care.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEvery effort has been made to identify the essential functions of this position; however, this is not intended to be an exhaustive list.
