Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to each resident's plan.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Transfer, reposition, and transport residents safely.
• Record vital signs, weights, and intake as instructed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly resident environment.
• Support meals, documentation, and confidentiality.
