Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is actively hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide skilled nursing care in the home setting for pediatric patients across Orange County.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time opportunities, paid training, and one-on-one patient care with supportive leadership.

Ideal candidates hold an active California LVN license, CPR/BLS certification, strong communication, and pediatric/home health experience is preferred; training is available.

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Experience with pediatric or home health care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Provide tracheostomy, ventilator, and enteral feeding care.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and clinical teams.
• Educate caregivers and family members.
• Support safe, compassionate, patient-centered care in the home.
