Maxim Healthcare is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide private duty in-home nursing for pediatric and adult patients in Orange County. The role includes care for patients with g-tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and other complex medical needs.

Flexible scheduling and part-time or full-time positions are available. Responsibilities include administering medications, performing assessments, and coordinating with physicians and families to ensure high-quality, patient-centered

Responsabilidades

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuously evaluate patient progress.
• Provide specialized care for patients requiring ventilator support, tracheostomy management, enteral feeding, and other complex medical interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate significant changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and family members to support positive patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and disease management.
• Respond effectively in urgent situations and provide appropriate clinical interventions.
• Support a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic home environment for every patient.

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Private Duty Nursing

Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Nurses withg-tube, tracheostomy, ventilator, and pediatric experience are highly encouraged to apply, though skill advancement opportunities are available for qualified candidates.

What You'll Do

As an LVN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will:
