Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate LVNs to provide one-on-one private duty nursing for pediatric and adult patients across Orange County. We welcome nurses with tracheostomy and ventilator experience, with pediatric experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active California LVN license.
• Experience in private duty/home health nursing preferred.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator care experience preferred.
• Ability to document and communicate patient status clearly.
• Flexible to work days/evenings/nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients with tracheostomies, ventilators, feeding tubes, and other specialized needs.
• Monitor and document patient status and changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Collaborate with family, caregivers, and healthcare team for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in patient condition.

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for pediatric and adult patients throughout Orange County. We are actively recruiting nurses with tracheostomy and ventilator experience, and pediatric experience is highly preferred.

We have multiple cases available with flexible scheduling, including:
