Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LVN to provide direct 1:1 home-based nursing care for pediatric patients, including gtube, trach, and vent management. You will work a schedule of AM, PM, and NOC shifts with potential weekends, delivering consistent, meaningful care in the patient’s home.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, administering medications, and updating care plans while coordinating with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience is preferred.

This assignment is with a pediatric patient for gtube, trach and vent management. Family is looking for around the clock care.

Schedule: AM Shifts - Mondays - Fridays 7am - 3pm

PM Shifts - Mondays - Fridays 3pm - 11pm

NOC Shifts - Mondays - Fridays 11pm - 7am
