Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate LVNs to provide private duty nursing in Orange County, California. The roles involve one-on-one home care for pediatric and adult patients with tracheostomy and ventilator needs, with flexible scheduling including days, afternoons, overnights, weekends, and both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Competenze

Mansioni

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients with tracheostomies, ventilators, feeding tubes, and other specialized medical needs.
• Monitor and document patient status, identifying changes in physical or psychosocial condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for pediatric and adult patients throughout Orange County. We are actively recruiting nurses with tracheostomy and ventilator experience, and pediatric experience is highly preferred.

We have multiple cases available with flexible scheduling, including:

• Days
• Afternoons
• Overnights
• Weekends
• Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
