Job summary

Qualifications

• LVN license/certification required for the role.

• Supervisory experience with CNAs is a plus.
• Commitment to high-quality resident care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents’ health status, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility policies.
• Supervise CNAs and other support staff to maintain quality resident care.
