Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status; report changes to the team.
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and facility policies.
• Supervise CNAs and other support staff to maintain quality resident care.
