Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a senior leader to run the COE for LVC training and simulation, owning reference architecture and interoperability standards across simulations, engines, C2/data services, and terrain to deliver an interoperable environment aligned with mission needs.

This hands-on, growth-focused role requires DoD experience, security posture leadership, and the ability to brief senior customers while driving market strategy and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in modeling, simulation, and synthetic training with hands-on architecture and integration experience.
• Experience leading technical delivery teams and working with customer program leadership.
• Active DoD experience and working knowledge of FAR/DFARS, contract vehicles, and acquisition behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Own the reference architecture and interoperability standards for the LVC/synthetic training environment and ensure they align with mission needs.
• Lead the design and integration of the end-to-end environment across simulations, game engines, C2/data services, and terrain.
• Guide delivery and demonstrations, plan events, and maintain quality, schedule, risk, and security posture.
• Build and lead the team, recruit and retain engineering talent, and manage partner/vendor ecosystems.
• Grow the practice by shaping market strategy, qualifying pipeline, and pursuing priority opportunities.
