Job summary

NextGen Federal Systems seeks a Technical Lead for Systems Engineering with LVC, modeling and simulation experience. You will design architectures that blend live, virtual, and constructive components into interoperable simulations.

You will lead a small team, oversee tool integration, and drive DoD protocol compliance, containerized cloud deployments, and Agile/DevSecOps practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience leading teams in LVC engineering frameworks.
• Proven ability to plan and execute MBSE-based projects.
• Experience with modeling, simulation, and MS&A tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital engineering service plan for LVC events and workflows.
• Oversee a small multi-discipline engineering team.
• Provide pre/post-LVC event support and integration planning.
• Integrate third-party tools into the Ironwood system.
• Ensure end-to-end LVC environment readiness and testing.
