Job summary

NextGen Federal Systems seeks a Technical Lead for Systems Engineering with LVC, modeling and simulation experience. You will design architectures that blend live, virtual, and constructive components into interoperable simulations.

You will lead a small team, oversee tool integration, and drive DoD protocol compliance, containerized cloud deployments, and Agile/DevSecOps practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of systems engineering experience.
Experience leading teams in LVC engineering frameworks.
Proven ability to plan and execute MBSE-based projects.
Experience with modeling, simulation, and MS&A tools.

Responsibilities

Lead digital engineering service plan for LVC events and workflows.
Oversee a small multi-discipline engineering team.
Provide pre/post-LVC event support and integration planning.
Integrate third-party tools into the Ironwood system.
Ensure end-to-end LVC environment readiness and testing.
