Job summary

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking a Solutions Architect to craft win-focused technical solutions for DoD proposals. This role can be performed remotely and involves developing training architectures, LVC&G diagrams, CONOPS, and proposal graphics to differentiate our offerings.

You will work with capture managers and program teams to shape opportunities, write compliant technical volumes, and prepare executive summaries and past performance narratives for submissions.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required for the role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years in solution architecture, training systems, or modeling and simulation.
• Minimum 5 years guiding DoD or Federal proposal writing.
• Proven ability to deliver compliant, persuasive proposal content under deadline.

Responsibilities

• Design win-focused technical solutions for DoD proposals (RFPs/RFIs/BAAs/OTAs).
• Develop CONOPS, LVC&G architectures, and training graphics for proposals.
• Collaborate with capture managers and program teams to shape opportunities.
• Write and refine technical volumes, executive summaries, and past performance narratives.
• Present technical content during customer discussions and color-team reviews.
