Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Physics, or Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience
• Experience leading teams successfully in the creation and execution of LVC engineering frameworks
• Typically 8+ years of specialized modeling and simulation experience
• Develop program roadmap and manage expectations with customer
• Deliver modeling/simulation and analysis outputs using MBSE and MS&A tools
• Experience with Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes
• Active Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
• Ability to work with software engineers to evolve systems architecture

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineer to oversee the digital engineering service plan for LVC events and related planning
• Technical lead overseeing a small team of multi-discipline engineers
• Provide pre- and post-LVC event support and planning
• Oversee 3rd party tool integration for the Ironwood system
• Oversee LVC events planning, testing, integration, and user enablement
• Bridge simulation systems and real-time data exchange
• Lead end-to-end integration checkout and distributed simulations
