Eaton's Power Distribution Controls & Assemblies business (PDCA) is seeking a Business Operations Manager for the Low Voltage Assemblies (LVA) unit based in Arden, NC. The role connects LVA product line strategy with multi-site manufacturing execution, driving speed, accountability, and value.

You will lead the LVA operating system, align daily work with long‑term priorities, and partner with Product Line, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and plant leaders to deliver profitable

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, product line, or industrial strategy roles.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-site transformation or strategic initiatives without relying solely on direct authority.
• Experience with manufacturing network design, capacity planning, footprint optimization, industrialization, or product transfers.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and continuously improve the LVA business operating system and governance.
• Identify and eliminate redundant reviews, reports, approvals, and handoffs across product lines and sites.
• Create a connected review structure linking daily execution with longer-term priorities.
• Translate growth plans and roadmaps into executable manufacturing priorities for LVA.
