Job summary

Eaton’s Power Distribution Controls & Assemblies business is seeking a Business Operations Manager for its Low Voltage Assemblies (LVA) line, based in Arden, NC. The role reports to the PDCA Operations Director and focuses on simplifying processes, establishing a unified operating rhythm, and guiding plants to execute high-value priorities with speed and accountability.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial strategy.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-site transformation without relying on direct authority.
• Experience with manufacturing network design, capacity planning, footprint optimization, or product transfers.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and continuously improve the LVA operating system and cadence.
• Identify and eliminate redundant reviews, reports, and approvals across sites.
• Create a connected review structure linking daily execution to long-term priorities.
• Translate growth plans and roadmaps into executable manufacturing priorities.
• Maintain a 3–5 year manufacturing roadmap covering capacity and investments.
• Build business cases for capacity additions and strategic investments.
• Map end-to-end flow of ETO, Large Project, and Programmatic orders.
