Job summary

Eaton in Arden, NC is seeking a Product Line Sales Manager - MVCA to drive market analysis, pricing strategies, and forecasts for the Medium Voltage Control Assembly product line. You will coordinate with customers, sales, engineering and operations to handle orders, site visits, quotes, and delivery, while leading a team and guiding budgets and marketing plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, field engineering or operations in the power distribution industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term product marketing and sales strategies.
• Establish and maintain contact with customers for effective product marketing and sales.
• Coordinate customer visits and inspections to support marketing and sales functions.
• Prepare quotations, bids, and related negotiation documentation.
• Plan and schedule customer orders to achieve production loading objectives at maximum profit.
• Coordinate customer orders with engineering and manufacturing to ensure effective support.
• Oversee installation of products at customer sites and coordinate warranties and service.
• Respond to technical questions promptly to support installation activities.
• Prepare monthly forecasts, reports, and summaries of marketing activities, sales, and orders.
• Plan, justify annual operating budgets and financial targets.
• Provide training and guidance to employees to ensure knowledge of products and marketing/service methods.
