Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Design Consultant for the Westchester Territory. You will visit pre-scheduled residential appointments, present window and door replacement options, and aim for a same-day close in this high-value sales role.

This full-time, commission-based position offers uncapped earnings ($150,000–$300,000+ annually), paid training, and a competitive benefits package. Travel up to 2 hours daily and a valid driver’s license are required; you will use an iPad to access project

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry samples (40-60 lbs).
• Proficient with iPad-based apps.

Responsabilités

• Visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window/door replacement options.
• Provide all information for homeowners to make a same-day decision.
• Close sales with a strong one-call close approach.
• Navigate sales system and product information on an iPad.
