Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated Design Consultants to visit homeowners in the Long Island area, presenting window and door replacement options. You will guide customers through a same-day decision process using a proven sales system and structured training.

Earn uncapped commissions with a strong 1-call close approach, plus paid training, mentorship, and eligibility for comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k), and student loan assistance.

Competenze

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Mansioni

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide all information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on window/door projects.
• This is a strong one-call close sales role with no project management or follow up required.
