Four Seasons Cabo del Sol is seeking a Wedding and Social Sales Manager to secure group weddings, social events and celebrations with a strong client base, including potential resort buy-outs. The role can be based on property or remotely in key feeder markets with travel as needed.

Excellent English/Spanish proficiency and a background in hospitality are essential, along with 3+ years in luxury wedding sales. The position offers a competitive salary and an incentive plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling weddings and social events for luxury resorts.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience coordinating large social and wedding events.

Responsabilités

• Actively solicit new business and respond to inquiries to secure profitable weddings and events.
• Conduct property tours and entertain planners of social events.
• Coordinate sales efforts between sales and events to maximize revenue.
• Execute the planning of events after selling.
• Negotiate, draft and confirm group contracts to meet budget targets.
• Ensure client satisfaction at event onset.
• Assist with guest inquiries within Sales, Marketing and Events.
• Be proficient with resort facilities and competitive set.
