Job summary

Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa is seeking an Event Sales Manager to lead the selling and servicing of corporate and social events, including weddings and galas, in our ocean-view luxury property. You will manage the full event lifecycle from inquiry to execution, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with Sales, Events Operations, and other hotel teams to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of hospitality events experience in events or catering.
• Experience selling and servicing weddings, mitzvahs, galas, and other high-touch social events.
• Experience in hotel event planning, convention services, catering, or hospitality operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple events with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service corporate and social events from inquiry to execution.
• Review contracts, conduct hotel tours, coordinate with clients and hotel teams.
• Build client relationships and participate in sales and events meetings.
• Partner with Events Concierge/Coordinator and support staff for planning.
• Achieve revenue goals through lead generation, outreach, networking, and inquiries.
• Represent Andaz at industry events and bridal showcases.
