Basin Harbor is seeking a Wedding and Social Catering Sales Manager to drive revenue through weddings and social events at the Lake Champlain resort. You will manage inquiries, build proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

The role requires a proven sales track record in luxury hospitality, strong relationships with planners, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends during peak seasons.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hospitality-related education/experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years in hospitality sales, luxury preferred.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Responsabilidades

• Solicit, sell, negotiate and book weddings and social events.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and conduct site tours.
• Develop proposals, contracts, and event packages aligned with client needs.
• Negotiate guestroom rates, F&B minimums, concessions and terms.
• Prepare and execute group contracts with terms reflecting policies.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align pricing with occupancy and revenue strategy.
• Monitor pipeline, bookings, and conversion.
• Serve as main client liaison from inquiry to handoff.
• Build relationships with industry partners and planners.
• Ensure accurate records in the resort's sales systems.
• Represent Basin Harbor at bridal shows and events.
