OMEGA Luxury Timepieces on Fifth Avenue is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for service and repair inquiries. You will manage inquiries in person, by phone and via email, issue repair estimates, and oversee the watch service process to ensure timely completion.

The role requires strong organizational, communication and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role.
• Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and retail mathematical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries in person, phone and e-mail.
• Issue repair estimates and provide repair process information.
• Ensure timely completion of watch service/repair via repairs management.
• Process repair aging and update records in CIS system.
• Maintain parts inventory and replenishment.
• Drive CRM initiatives and ensure high customer satisfaction.
