Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is looking for an experienced professional to join their team in New York. The ideal candidate will assist clients and the Sales Team in a fast‑paced luxury environment. Key responsibilities include managing product registration for repairs and maintenance, and consulting on After Sales issues.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service, along with a preferred bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

The position offers hourly compensation of $30-$32 along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) with employer match.
