Job summary

Horologio in Las Vegas seeks a high-performing Sales Associate to deliver a premium luxury client experience, achieve individual sales goals, and build long-term relationships through service, product knowledge, and CRM discipline.

You will drive sales across multiple brands, maintain immaculate presentation, process transactions, and stay current on product launches while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing environments.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable using CRM and POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized, luxury client experience from greeting through post-sale follow-up.
• Build, manage, and grow a personal client book using CRM best practices.
• Conduct consistent outreach and follow-up to nurture long-term client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to recommend appropriate timepieces across multiple brands.
• Accurately process sales, deposits, and service transactions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all brands, collections, and complications carried by Horologio.
• Clearly articulate brand heritage, craftsmanship, and technical features.
• Stay current on new product launches and industry trends.
• Maintain immaculate personal presentation and uphold luxury grooming standards.
• Ensure showcases and sales floor meet brand and visual merchandising standards.
• Accurately document client interactions and preferences in CRM systems.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve boutique goals.
