Job summary

LV Luxury Jewelers is seeking a Sales Associate for our stand-alone TAG Heuer boutique at The Palazzo in Las Vegas. You will guide clients through the TAG Heuer collection, meet sales goals and build lasting relationships through service and product expertise.

This on-site role requires at least two years of luxury retail sales, strong communication skills, and comfort with CRM and POS. Experience building a client book and serving local and international clients is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence using CRM and POS systems.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized client experience from first greeting through post-sale follow-up.
• Build and grow a client book, documenting preferences and interactions in Zoho CRM.
• Use consultative selling to recommend TAG Heuer timepieces and achieve sales goals.
• Conduct consistent outreach to develop long-term client relationships.
• Explain TAG Heuer heritage, craftsmanship, collections and features with confidence.
• Keep product knowledge current and participate in boutique training.
• Accurately process sales, deposits and service transactions.
• Maintain professional presentation and organized sales floor.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to achieve boutique goals.
