Swatch Group's Longines boutique seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a luxury environment. You will support client outreach, brand presentations, and daily store operations while upholding brand standards.

Candidate should have 3–5 years in sales, strong communication skills, and fluency in English; weekend work and flexible hours are typical in luxury retail settings.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a sales position, luxury retail preferred.
• Excellent selling and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, professional and personable manner.
• Assist in sales process as per established store protocols.
• Support boutique clienteling efforts and maintain client data.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels.
• Assist in daily reports and sales reconciliations.
