Job summary

The Swatch Group is seeking a Sales Associate for the Longines boutique in New York. You will demonstrate outstanding customer service, generate sales, merchandise the store, and safeguard company assets while supporting client outreach and daily operations.

You will greet customers, deliver a premium brand experience, assist in clienteling, and help meet sales goals through team collaboration and adherence to store protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or equivalent preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in a sales position, specialty luxury retail preferred
• Excellent selling and customer service skills
• Fluency in English and other languages as required by location
• Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, professional and personable manner
• Provide a unique and special experience to all clients, offering introduction of the brand
• Support Store Sales Goals
• Support Boutique’s clienteling efforts, by entering qualified presentations into Client Log Book
• Assist in sales process as per established store protocols
• Communicate customer requests to management
• Assist in daily reports and sales reconciliation reports
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring counter stock
• Ensure all Presentations are properly documented for customer outreach
• Maintain store appearance with neat, attractive display and stock management
