Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of experience in a sales position, specialty luxury retail preferred.
• Must have High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent selling and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English and other languages as required by location.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, professional and personable manner.
• Provide a unique and special experience to all clients, offering introduction of the brand.
• Support Store Sales Goals.
• Support Boutique’s clienteling efforts by entering client data into Client Log Book.
• Assist in sales process as per store protocols.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Assist in daily reports and sales reconciliation.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring counter stock.
• Document all Presentations for customer outreach.
• Provide superior after-sale service and uphold Thank You program.
