Zadok Jewelers is seeking a Professional Sales Associate for our Luxury Watch Department to deliver an exceptional client experience while driving sales. You will guide clients through curated timepieces with confidence and expertise, building relationships with discerning clientele.

This role requires deep product knowledge, superior service, and meticulous attention to detail. You will maintain store presentation, participate in CRM tracking, and support events and weekends to meet business

Qualifications

Experience as a sales associate in luxury retail, preferably watches.
Excellent customer service, storytelling, and a passion for luxury products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate non-verbally and adapt to text, email and social media channels.
Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
Attention to detail and high standards of store presentation.
Reliable and trustworthy with ability to follow security procedures.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers promptly and courteously; understand needs, preferences and budget.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and brand training.
Assist with setting up and closing the store; maintain clean, organized presentation.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and follow up as needed.
Attend events outside regular hours to represent the store; work weekends/holidays as required.
