Responsibilities

• Demonstrate passion and knowledge of luxury timepieces and high-end watch brands.
• Provide the highest level of customer service, guiding the client through the buying process.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently, handling transactions, returns, exchanges, and special orders.
• Acquire client contact information in the CRM to build ongoing relationships and elevate the luxury discovery journey.
• Maintain the visual presentation of watches to match the brand's luxury image.
• Develop product knowledge on brands, collections, and pieces carried in the boutique.
• Collaborate with sales associates and management to maintain professional teamwork.
