The Director will coach a high-performing team, ensure operational compliance, and maximize profitability while upholding brand standards and guest experience excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in luxury retail with leadership and boutique management experience.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and boutique profitability.
• Strong CRM and VIP clientelling capabilities.
• Experience recruiting, coaching and retaining top talent.
• Ability to analyze sales data, KPIs and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Exceed boutique budgets and align with brand retail strategy.
• Lead the team, set objectives, monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Recruit, onboard, develop and retain high-performing staff.
• Maintain high standards of boutique presentation and operations.
• Develop clienteling programs and CRM-driven customer relationships.
• Collaborate with regional teams to share best practices.
