Job summary

Phillip Jeffries in Fairfield, NJ is seeking a Sample Manufacturing Associate to pick and pack wallcoverings with precision. You will report to the Sample Manufacturing Assistant Manager and work Monday–Friday 6am–2:30pm at our Fairfield, NJ location.

Responsibilities include gluing samples, selecting master samples, storing materials, and assisting with production tasks while maintaining clean, safe work areas. Warehouse experience is preferred and WMS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manually glue Phillip Jeffries samples and meet daily production targets (~200 samples/hour).
• Select master samples from picking lists and provide to machine operators as needed.
• Refill master samples at end of shift and after sample runs.
• Receive incoming product and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Cross-train on the guillotine and other equipment as needed.
• Assist with sample gluing and related production tasks.
• Maintain and clean all equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Support the Sample Manufacturing Assistant Manager with additional tasks.
