Job summary

Innovations in Wallcoverings, Inc. is seeking a Sample Fabricator and Fulfillment Specialist to support in-house fabrication and sample handling at our New Jersey facility.

You will prepare sample swatches, manage inventory, and assist with sampling requests while coordinating closely with the Warehouse Manager. The role involves printing, packing, labeling, and fulfilling sample orders, plus contributing to showroom collateral and ring sets for sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, well organized and good with hands.
• Must have good email and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sample Management and Fabrication: cut materials for sample swatches, apply labels, maintain NJ inventory, coordinate with HQ for graphics, fabricate showroom collateral and ring sets, assist sales/marketing.
• Sample Fulfillment: print, pull and pack sample requests, stock shelves, label outgoing samples.
• Other sample fabrication projects as needed by sales and marketing teams.
