Job summary

Innovations, a family-owned wallcoverings company in New York, seeks a Sample Fabricator and Fulfillment Specialist in New Jersey. You will fabricate samples, manage inventory, and support sales and marketing with showroom displays and sample kits.

Responsibilities include cutting materials, labeling, inventory accuracy, coordinating with HQ, and packing sample requests. Candidates need accuracy, reliability, and strong communication skills; lifting requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be very detail-oriented, well organized and good with hands.
• Must have good email and verbal communication skills.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Cut material into appropriately sized squares and shapes for sample swatches with precision.
• Adhere pre-printed labels to memos of wallcoverings and fabrics.
• Maintain sample inventory in NJ warehouse; run monthly stock reports.
• Communicate sample memo graphic needs with HQ.
• Fabricate showroom collateral guides and sample ring sets as needed.
• Execute other sample fabrication projects for sales/marketing teams.
• Print, pull, and pack sample requests; stock and maintain shelves; label outgoing samples.
