Job summary

Phillip Jeffries is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Fairfield, NJ location. You will handle picking, packing, and shipping of wallcoverings, reporting to the Warehouse Manager, with a Monday–Friday 10:30am–7:30pm shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in fulfillment centers and operating order pickers/reach trucks is a plus.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in English (speaking and reading) and general computer skills.
• Energetic, adaptable, and quick to shift direction when needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute flawless order processing, picking, packing, and shipping for wallcoverings and CFA sample orders.
• Maintain speed and accuracy—because perfection deserves punctuality.
• Exceed service benchmarks by adhering to internal and client-facing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
