CHANEL seeks a Specialist, Visual Merchandising for Neiman Marcus Fashion Island to oversee visual merchandising standards during boutique hours and events. You will supervise with the Visual Lead in implementing guidelines for windows, fixtures, and mannequins across the boutique.

The role requires coordination with boutique management, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced luxury environment. Hybrid schedule and diverse benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position; luxury brand experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork with clients and staff.

Aufgaben

• Oversee VM direction, animations and guidelines to boutique teams.
• Coordinate movement and storage of display elements with VM Manager.
• Ensure windows and floors are merchandised per VM guidelines between sets.
• Take and upload boutique photos per VM guidelines to Dropbox.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and deliver timely results.
