Job summary

Phillip Jeffries is seeking a Visual Merchandising Assistant at our Fairfield, NJ headquarters. This hybrid role requires three days onsite and two days remote, with standard hours 8:30am–5:30pm.

You will drive showroom merchandising, support launches, and maintain brand standards across locations. You will collaborate with Showroom, Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to bring merchandising strategies to life while ensuring a consistent luxury experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years in luxury visual merchandising or showroom coordination.
• Experience supporting showroom launches and merchandising rollouts.
• Ability to travel 1–2 days per month for showroom support.

Responsibilities

• Drive showroom merchandising and display effectiveness across Phillip Jeffries showroom network.
• Coordinate planning, ordering, tracking, and installation of vignette materials.
• Collaborate with Showroom, Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Support new product launches through merchandising execution and rollout planning.
• Coordinate pegboard projects and merchandising deliverables across locations.
• Prepare merchandising collateral like brochures, posters, magazines, and wing tags.
