Phillip Jeffries is seeking an Assistant Manager, Showroom Operations in New York. The role blends hands-on leadership with operational excellence across showroom operations, sales support, sample library management, and merchandising standards to deliver a luxury client experience.

The position follows a hybrid schedule (3-4 days on-site, one or more remote days) and reports to the New York Showroom Manager. Strong organizational and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years in showroom/retail operations or luxury client-focused environments.
• Experience leading, coaching, or supervising teams.
• Experience managing workflows, service priorities, and team performance.
• Exceptional organization with ability to multis-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the New York Showroom with the Showroom Manager.
• Lead Sales Support and Sample Library teams; coach and develop staff.
• Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and communication of priorities.
• Support client experiences through timely follow-up and accurate information.
• Monitor reporting and performance metrics using BC and Power BI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure showroom readiness for events and launches.
