Qualifications

• Based in New York area with pulse on local design community.
• 1+ year luxury sales, interior design, or client-facing showroom/retail experience.
• On-site availability 5 days a week for high-touch client support.

Responsibilities

• Convert showroom visits, calls, and new accounts into sales opportunities.
• Upsell to drive higher order values and manage sample follow-ups.
• Track KPIs and sales pipeline using CRM.
• Represent the Phillip Jeffries brand with impeccable service.
• Develop long-term client relationships and nurture repeat business.
