Phillip Jeffries Ltd is seeking a Visual Merchandising Assistant in Fairfield, NJ. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote) with standard hours 8:30am–5:30pm.

You will drive showroom growth, maintain standards, and support launches, collaborating with Showroom, Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to ensure a cohesive luxury experience. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in luxury visual merchandising and strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, with travel as

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years in luxury visual merchandising, showroom coordination, or related environments.
• Experience supporting showroom launches, merch rollouts, or branded customer experiences.
• Ability to travel ~1–2 days per month for showroom support and launches.

Responsibilities

• Select showroom vignettes using established frameworks and product priorities.
• Manage Master Collection and Master Item Rotations for showroom presentations.
• Coordinate planning, ordering, tracking, and installation of vignette materials.
• Support merchandising priorities with Showroom and Sales Managers.
• Assist with new product launches through rollout planning and showroom readiness.
• Coordinate pegboard projects and merchandising deliverables across locations.
• Prepare merchandising collateral like brochures, posters, and wing tags.
