Job summary

JW Marriott Turnberry Miami Resort & Spa in Aventura, FL is seeking a VIP Coordinator to provide courteous, expedient service to VIP guests. You will be the guest's personal contact before arrival, during stay, and after departure, coordinating with Front Office and other departments to meet requests and maintain a luxury atmosphere.

The role requires professional demeanor, 1–2 years of luxury hotel experience, excellent guest services, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of luxury hotel experience required or equivalent.
• Professional presentation and polished communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent listening and guest relation abilities.
• Proficiency with Opera, HotSOS, or GXP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate VIP arrivals, departures and special requests with Front Office.
• Escort VIPs and Bonvoy Elite guests to rooms and make welfare calls.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and secure high-profile details.
• Identify upgrade opportunities and liaise with departments to fulfill amenities.
• Participate in daily briefings and support resort operations.
