Fields is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience to both our internal and external customers. You will deliver a personalized technology orientation during new vehicle deliveries and assist the sales team with demonstrations of Lexus tech features.

As a Technology Specialist, you will set up Lexus app accounts, connect customers to their vehicles, and support service with tech questions while maintaining CRM records and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology education to customers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to schedule and track technology appointments.

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalized technology orientation during vehicle deliveries.
