Job summary

MileOne Autogroup is seeking a Delivery Coordinator in a direct-to-consumer role focused on at-home deliveries and vehicle transport among Lexus dealership locations. You will introduce customers to service teams and confirm hours of operation, providing follow-up to ensure satisfaction and potential progression to Service Advisor or Sales.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be 18+, and bring 2 years of retail or direct-to-consumer sales experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be at least 18 years old
• 2 years of Retail/Direct to consumer sales experience
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Must be able to effectively communicate features of the vehicle and navigate customer inquiries

Responsibilities

• Responsible for at-home deliveries and transporting vehicles between stores
• Introduces customers to service and parts personnel, indicating shop location and hours
• Follows up with all sales and warranty customers within 48 hours to ensure satisfaction
• Career growth to Service Advisor or Sales Associate
