Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless valet experience.
• Oversee daily valet operations, including vehicle handling, ticketing, and traffic flow management.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, and Bell Services for smooth arrivals and departures.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, resolving issues with a guest-first approach.
• Monitor valet zones to maintain safety, organization, and efficient service.
• Supervise and support valet attendants, ensuring exceptional service.
• Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring team members on luxury standards and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of valet areas to uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Report and document incidents, damages, or safety concerns.
• Assist in managing valet-related expenses, including payroll, supplies, and equipment.
