Edgewood Tahoe Resort is seeking a Lodge Outlet Manager to lead all F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and flawless service under Forbes luxury standards. You will drive revenue, manage budgets, and mentor a team of managers and service staff.

The role requires strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and a passion for luxury hospitality. You will collaborate with HR and operations to uphold brand and service excellence across all venues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of luxury F&B management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar F&B operations.
• Proven track record of implementing service excellence programs and achieving revenue growth.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets including fine dining, bars, poolside service, and in-room dining.
• Ensure venues meet Forbes luxury service standards.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements for all outlets.
• Identify revenue opportunities and optimize costs to improve profit margins.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and service staff.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and retain top hospitality talent.
